Shop-N-Sip is a unique opportunity for shoppers to have fun and win a prize(s) for sampling products and learning about services at local area retailers and businesses that, in turn, offer beverages to thirsty visitors. As people engage with participating shops, they'll be completing a bingo card that serves as their entry in a drawing for a prize.

On Saturday, May 7, from 10 a.m. till 4 p.m., all participating businesses should be ready to engage with shoppers, assist them with their bingo cards, and collect completed entries. We suggest a simple "Open House" during the event hours for brick-and-mortar locations.

No storefront? No problem. Indoor and outdoor pop-up vendor spaces will be available for rent at the Chamber building on a first-come-first-serve basis. Chamber membership IS NOT required to participate so feel free to share this event info with your neighboring businesses.

• Make event flyers available and inform existing customers ahead of the event (Flyers will be available at the Chamber office beginning Monday, April 18)
• Tag the Facebook Event in your social media
• Be ready to engage with increased foot traffic on the day of the event
• Whether it be a wine tasting, bottled water, or a pitcher of lemonade, in the spirit of the event’s name, please offer a beverage to shoppers
• Music and a party-like atmosphere can help draw additional traffic
• Remember to invite your neighboring business to participate
• If you are renting a space at the Chamber, have your space ready to start receiving visitors at 10 a.m. (Setup will start at 8:30 a.m.)
