QUARTERLY LUNCHEON: Friendsgiving

Join us as we highlight the incredible contributions the civic and social clubs make in our community -- the PERFECT theme for "Thanksgiving!"

We're hosting a traditional Thanksgiving feast with food and fellowship highlighting the tremendous contributions by local civic clubs and social organization to the Greater Seminole community! Join us for a wonderful meal and hear from representatives from each organization. Speakers will share the various contributions made this past year locally, nationally, and globally.

Groups such as Rotary, Kiwanis, The Historical Society, and Elks play a key role in Seminole and the surrounding area by giving back to the community in many forms. Some organizations present scholarships to high school students and funding for adopt-a-classroom. Others organize free events for youth, honor Veterans or maintain our city’s history. These groups are usually comprised of business leaders, government officials and dedicated community volunteers and activists.

“Many years ago, the Chamber hosted the Gathering of Friends, and Friendsgiving sounds exactly like it.” Said retired business owner Eva Jones. “The luncheon was an event the entire community looked forward to. We could learn first-hand from the clubs about all the wonderful things they do in Seminole. I am so glad the Chamber is reviving this luncheon.”

Please join the Chamber as we recognize each organization as they present their mission and accomplishments of 2021. All organization members and supporters are invited to attend.

Ticket prices include fully catered lunch:
